Residence Prayer Requests — The Samaritan Women: A Christian ministry encouraging Health, Healing and Hope

We welcome you to pray for and alongside our residents, as well as the women we have served who have moved on.

Here are some current prayer requests:

For R: she’s struggling with a chronic medial issue and still very sensitive to her own pain. Pray for healing, both inside and out.

For M: she’s seeking housing, something with a little garden space and quiet. Pray that God would choose the right place for her.

For D: she wants to pursue her GED and become a hospice worker, but she’s not yet confident in her abilities with school. Pray for her encouragement.

For P: she’s starting to feel a real sense of purpose in her life. All that she’s been through is starting to make sense. Pray that she continue on this path and God opens her clearly to His design for her life.

For K: she’s doing very well with sobriety and starting to volunteer in the community. Pray for her encouragement, as well as permanent housing.

For D: she’s back to “wandering” and living out of a car. We pray that she will soon acknowledge her weakness and allow herself to seek help.

For KS: she’s got a great sponsor and is starting to work on getting her own life in order. We pray, however, that she be willing to put down that one last stronghold that’s keeping her from really being free.
